He was born in Udine in 1923. In 1948 he graduated from the University of Architecture in Venice. In the same year began his professional career in the study of Udine father Provino Valley. Fullbright scholarship for the course of urban planning at the Harvard Graduate School of Design 1951; Studio with WL C. Wheaton e W Gropius, Bachelor of arts and regional planning 1952; Scholarship in U.S.A. dell’Institute for International Education. Teacher at the International School of CIAM in VENICE 1952-1954. Lecturer for the course of application of geometry IUAV, 1954-55. Consultant to produce design at the Solar and Zanussi. Golden Compass Award 1956-1962-1963. In 1966 qualified as a lecturer in Elements of Composition IUAV; Lecturer in the course of Composition IV to I. U.A.V dal 1972 to the 1976. Professor from 1976-77. National Academic of S. Luke in 1975. Gestaltungsbeirst member of the city of Salzburg, 1983-85. Antonio Feltrinelli Prize for Architecture National Academy of Lincei 1988.
He died in 2003 Udine.
